Should I see a doctor or is it common?

I had a bad heat rash last summer and right after the weather started to cool up I shaved my vagina. I ended up cutting my vagina lip near the top a little on the edge and nicked my outter side my my lip pretty good.  It bless but I cut a little of skin and now that it has healed in both spots there is in the more hurt area a little skin tag looking piece(outter side of lip)  and a tiny bump at the other spot I nicked.  Neither itch or cause me any problems.  They just cause me to feel like there is something wrong.  I haven't had sex or anything in over a year and the pap test I had done last year after the last tile I had sex was clean... Should I go see a specialist or should I not worry about it.. I am more worried if I do become sexually active again a guy might think there is something wrong with me.  Though it is only the two spots and like I said they don't bother me they just haven't gone away.
