Sleeping nude?

So I have what I am assuming heat rash between my anus and vaginal opening and along my butt cheeks. The only relief I can get quickly is taking a long hot bath and putting baby powder on the area. But I read on another site that it helps to sleep nude. Is this true? Can it help relieve the pain any the next day? And is there any other quick household remedies I can use to either make it heal faster, or help it heal faster?

yes you should sleep with no underwear at night to let your lower half breathe. I get this every once in a while and I usually take a shower and put Vaseline on it.

ok baby powder i have notice dont help all that much and yes sleeping naked will help it cause where you where cloths on top of having baby powder on we sweat while sleeping and it can cause more irriration down there, doctors say that its best to sleep naked when you have a rash cause it will have air to help heal it faster
