Feeling Overly Warm While Sleeping Despite Cold Nights.

I am 24 years old, and even during cold nights in winter, I feel warm while sleeping. The warmth is so intense that I have to take off my blankets to sleep comfortably.

It could just be the way your metabolism works, but you could also check with a doctor to see if your hormones are in order. There are also sheets and blankets that are better at regulating body heat, perhaps you can look this up and see if yours are the best kind.

Could you kindly advise me on the appropriate specialization or medical professional I should seek for further evaluation and treatment?
It could be different where you live, but where I live, one begins with their general-practice doctor, and then that doctor recommends tests or visits to a specialist.
