Smegma on sensitive clitoris

I noticed today that I have some intensive buildup directly on my clitoris glans, very thick and a greyish-green color.  My clitoris has always been sensitive to touch, possibly even before this issue (because I never looked at it this intensively until today).  I've looked at tips to clear this smegma buildup, but most of the advice says to rub the clitoris gently with a wet cloth.  Just thinking about that makes me cringe, as I am very squeamish about directly touching down there (because it is so sensitive).

As another note, I do masturbate.  It was originally once a day about three years ago, until my clitoris started to become sensitive and more discomforting than pleasurable.  I used a tri-leg massager as a vibrator, and only used it over the labia or clitoris hood, never directly on the clitoris.

Ugh, please, I need some help removing this smegma.  And maybe any advice on why my clitoris is so irritatingly sensitive to direct touch.

I've had this for 5 years and just recently got it taken care of. My symptoms are yours to a T.  It has been so frustrating because this is rare and no woman gets this. Most women don't really understand where the clitoris actually is. I went to Dr. Goldstein in San Diego California and he diagnosed me with clitoral adhesions caused by smegma bUild up.  You can Google this is well!   Type in lysis of clitoral adhesions and Dr. Goldstein's PowerPoint will pop up.

Now I do not know your medical history or anything like that however just reading this post sounded exactly like my problem..

Anyways, how are you doing now? Do you still have this Clitoral tenderness/sensitivity?   I hope it has went away for you my friend!

I have the same issue. I find rubbing the area gently and slowly in the shower or bath to clean helps. Try adding it to your routine in the while bathing once a week or so. I have not noticed it cause any infections or unpleasant feelings, just makes me feel off or awkward. Good luck!
