Spot looks like a volcano

I have these spots on my face around my jawline and I accidentally hit one today and all this funk came out and it now looks like a volcano
I don't know if I should book an appointment with my GP as it isn't the first time it's happend and I'm worrying as yearbook photos are being taken in a fortnight and I want them to be gone
Any advice would be really helpful thanks

First, make sure to keep your face as clean as possible. And try not to touch your face with your hands - which are usually the most dirty...

Have you been using a new soap or makeup? Or even detergent? Try to figure out why these bumps are appearing... If you can't think of anything, maybe a trip to the Dr wouldn't be so bad. Especially if the gunk that came out was a lot or something really out of the ordinary.
