Spotting and itching

Hi I am 37 year old female. I take junel 1.5/30 and when i get to the last week of my pills, I jump right onto my next set of pills. So I dont have a period. Last weekend my bf and I had sex about 4 times with in a 4 hour period. the next day I started to itch, no rash no bumps, no unusual oder. I am still itchy down there a week later, but its going away. Im thinking it is just from to much sex, its itchy somewhat still because we had sex on friday as well. My concern is about the spotting, I have never really spotted while taking birth control pills, my doctor just suggested to me recently that I can go right on into a new pack of pills and not worry about a period. A month and half ago I spotted for 2 weeks, light spotting, then it stopped and started again, this last time, it was alot of wierd tissue looking stuff, I looked it up and it said its the build up of my lining. Here it is a week later and I am spotting again. Im in my second week of pills. If I posted this in the wrong forum Im sorry, I am concerned about the itching but I think my vagina just needs a week to heal no contact. My boyfriend has no problems at all, we are both clean and have both been checked for STDs.

Thanks for the reply, I was just tested for std's in march. Been with same guy only, the itching is gone now, and the spotting is gone as well. Im still going to call my doc tomorrow. Just to ask.

Well I have to ring a reality bell for you. Even if you have been tested for STD's in the past doesn't mean you haven't caught one in the present. I'm not saying he's cheating, but I would get checked out. The other VERY possible diagnosis is a yeast infection of vaginal infection. Both would cause itching/discharge. But typically STD lead to spotting and in between period bleeding. Get checked out sweetie.
