Swollen neck glands, itchy vagina

I got tested for chlamydia, gonnorhea, and herpes, and everything came back negative. I still have intense vaginal itching but i used Vagisil cream and that helps a lot. The doctor said a few weeks ago it wasn't a Yeast infection? But she prescribed me antibiotics for bacterial vaginosis and it treated it while i was taking them, but now my symptoms are back. Now I have really bad swollen glands in my neck and I don't know what else it could be?
