Hi im 20 years old and sexually active i have been with my current boyfriend 4months and got checked for std's 3 months ago,
The other day i had a unexplained cut slightly on the inside of my vagina i went to A&E they said all was fine and to let it heal a day later i realized 2 red bumps either side of my perineum which were itchy and sore and have now realized a swelling just above that on my left side nearer my vagina which doesn't hurt..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These bumps can be due to boils but the possibility of herpes sores should also be ruled out. When signs do occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur.

You should get it examined from a dermatologist. Till then apply warm compresses and some topical antibiotics like Neosporin.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
