some women still have some spotting throughout their preganancy. as long as it isn't too much bleeding then she should be ok.

Congrats on your girlfriend's pregnancy. I would call the doctor. Is it large amounts of blood, or spotting? Either way, I'd call the OB just to make sure. Better safe than sorry. Let us know how things go :)
