Many teenage girls take birth control to regulate irregular periods or help control acne. I've had friends who've been on it since middle school for that reason, and it's a way to get on it, which is important. 15 is a little young to be having sex, and way too young to become a mom.

My last period began on 6/18. i have been irregular over the past 8 months. I had unprotected sex on 6/23. I had some severe abdominal pains on 7/1. Now, I am having butterfly feelings in my stomach. I am suppose to start my cycle on 7/12. I'm also confused.

15 is too young to have sex, if you don't know nothing about sex dont do it.
are you ready to become a mom at 15? I don't think so.. I would go to planned parenthood, get on some kind of birth control, but for now... be smart..

The MORNING AFTER pill isn't the TWO or THREE WEEKS LATER pill. It's to prevent pregnancy not to abort a pregnancy and must be taken before or nearest 72 hours.

You really KNOW NOTHING and are playing with fire. Your parents will find out if you get pregnanat, for sure.

Get to Planned Parenthood. They will show you how to protect yourself from PREGNANCY, HERPES, CHLAMYDIA, GONORHHEA, SPHYLLIS and AIDS -- all which you can get from your boyfriend if he has been infected with a sexually transmitted disease and doesn't know he does.

And don't believe him if he says he doesn't have an STD. Maybe he's as clueless as you.

And in the words of a male doctor of my aquaintance: men have been known to lie to a woman to have sex. No. Your boyfriend is no different.

Fercrissake get a CLUE.

I justs think your too young to be having sex.
If  you don't thing your pregnant then fine.. but sore boobs are a sign of pregnancy...and a sign of a period coming.
When are you supose to have your period?
Please go to the doctor to get checked out, now that your sexaually active.. thats the number one thing to do it see and OB-GYN when your sexually active.. it is confidential...

I would tell your parents that your having sex.. maybe she can put you on the pill or some kind of birth control.
Maybe a week or two later your gonna post (I think I'm pregnant) but I don't want to tell my mom. Then your gonna come back here for some advice..

I was scared to tell my mom that I was having sex, she put me on the pill so I wouldn't get pregnant. That was the best thing I did.
I spent $25.00 a month on the pill, and I'm glad I went on it, because I didn't know nothing about baby's. and to me I think  your still a baby and you need to talk to your mom about your personal life, thats what they're for, she may get upset, but then she'll be happy that you can trust her and you can talk to her about anything...

And let me add: if your addy means "clueless" then I'd suggest you visit a Planned Parenthood clinic BEFORE your next sexual encounter. Get a clue.

I don't know where you're posting from, but if the morning after pill (Plan B) is available there, I would suggest you not take any chances and get it immediately, from a pharmacist, or your doctor. But don't delay. 72 hours is nearing the outside of certainty in stopping pregnancy. This is NOT an abortion. It prevents pregnancy.

It probably is ovulation pain; when the ovary sends a ripe egg out, it pops out from a pore in the surface of the ovary like a little volcano spitting out a tomato seed, and very often women can feel this.  If it was 7 days after the broken condom incident, the sperm that might have reached the egg should not still be alive.

That said, sweetheart, why aren't you on birth control of another type, along with the condoms?  What if you have to go through this problem again and again, or worse, go to your parents and tell them you are pregnant?  And frankly, are you having sex because YOU want to, or just because you feel like your boyfriend won't stay if you don't? I wouldn't say this if you were 20, but at 15, there are actually laws that say you are not old enough, and they were written not to be mean to teenagers but because emotionally, you are hardly ready to make the decision to do this.  15 is the time to do fun, lighthearted stuff, the world comes down on you hard enough later (in fact, sooner rather than later).  15 is almost never the time to make adult decisions and face adult penalties, no matter how mature the 15-year-old is.  So please think about this.  Treat yourself with massive respect, don't give yourself away cheaply for any guy.  Good luck, honey.
