Thanks! I have been living on a fertility chart the past several months! ;0)
You actually ovulate an average of 12-16 days prior to your NEXT period, which means you determine the ovulation day by looking backwards. I recommend going to http://www.babycenter.com/calculators/ovulation/
and using the ovulation calculator to determine your most fertile days. Also, you can buy ovulation tests which will let you know 24-36 hours before you ovulate so that you can try during the most fertile time (you just need to use the test at the same time each day to see when you get your surge). For example, if you started 10/7 and have a 28 day cycle, your most fertile days are below. Just know that the length of your cycle adjusts your fertile days. Good luck!

wow lawgirl....lots of nice work....You can get this information from pregnancy.com...then go to 'getting pregnant' which is on the left side bar, then 'ovulation calculator'...you can adjust the length of your cycle as well...print it out....and your good to go! Good luck with TTC....It seems to happen fastest when you don't think about it!!!
Okay, well if AF started on 10/7, then 10/20 would be CD 14, right? If it were me (which it's not), I would BD today, Tuesday, Thursday, and maybe even Saturday in case you O late.
