Unexplained rash around mouth, bruising on arms, and dark bleeding

Hello! I’m a 25-year-old female that teaches 5th grade. I am average height and weight. I have PCOS and take continuous birth control. I recently have experienced extreme depression so I am on a combo of Zoloft, Wellbutrin, and Xanax for the past month. The past few weeks I have occasionally bleeding dark brown blood even though I have been on the BC for 5 months and i’m not due for another period for another month. Last week I noticed that my lips were hurting extremely although they were not dry or cracked and also knowing that I’m not allergic to anything. This rash is mainly on the bottom of my lower lip. There are no bumps but it feels rough and is extremely painful. This also may be completely unrelated but in the past week I’ve also been experiencing bruising extremely when I shouldn’t be (no falls or accidents?I will post a picture of my lips And my arm where most of the bruising is.

Sorry for all the symptoms and details! It is just that I’m usually very healthy and all these sudden symptoms are really worrying me.

Hello~I have put in a request for this post to be moved to the "womens' forum, I feel you will be able to get more help there as they specialize in issues such as your and any gyn issues.

I would say that it is probably a good idea to see your gyn,you maybe having some issues with the type of BC you are taking, it may need to be regulated.

I hope you feel better soon.
