Urethritis

I am a 59 year old female, who has been suffering with many ailments since the age of 24.  I was diagnosed with CFS and all of the symptoms that go along with it.  My main symptoms are lethargy, chronic daily headaches and yeast overgrowth.  The latter causes me ongoing problems with my urinary tract, none which are caused by a UTI.  I have frequent blood tests and urine analysis, which always come back clear.  I have been checked for Diabetes many times and has shown up to be normal or borderline.  Can you please explain why, when I have even the smallest amount of sugar or yeast or pass a bowel motion that is firm, I feel like I have a UTI but don't.  It actually feels more like the entrance to the urethra is irritated.  Sexual intercourse makes matters worse too but my husband is only here 6 months a year and I still get it while he is away.  I always urinate straight after intercourse and shower as well.  I know it is all linked to the CFS and yeast overgrowth but how can I stop this irritation.  I avoid sugar and yeast to the best of my ability but even natural sugar, like that found in fresh fruit, gives me huge problems.  I take Inner Health which at first makes my symptoms more severe.  Antibiotics make symptoms worse and I take Nilstat tablets with them.  I drink 2-3 litres of water a day.  I take Ural and Hiprex.  Please, do you have any other suggestions to relieve this problem.
