You could be pregnant. The light, short spotting can be from implantation of the fertilized egg into the uterine lining. I kept reading and re-reading your dates to see if I thought it was possible. And it does sound like it could be. You could have ovulated right around the time that the IUD was removed. The nausea, since it started while the IUD was still in, could only be a symptom of pregnancy if the IUD failed and you were already pregnant before it was removed. (I am unfamiliar with that birth control method and how reliable it is.) Also, I'm wondering if it's normal to have bleeding after the removal of an IUD? That would sound reasonable. But in any case, if you think you might be pregnant, you should always just go and invest $10.00 in a home pregnancy test, so you can know for sure and not have to wonder any more. Good luck to you! Hope it works out! :)
