Vagina hurts at night only, why??

Ive been getting bad pains in my vagina only at night, at first the ice pack used to help but now it doesn’t and I’m in so much pain. I had this before and I went docs they gave me cream and it helped but now recently it’s hurting again and I went she gave me a cream which was stronger and I’m still in pain. I can’t sleep at night and I’m in bad pain. Why do I get pains at night? And why does this happen? Please help.

Hm, that's odd. What kind of cream was it?  What doesn't make sense is that it is only at night.  Are you just distracted and less aware during the day?

The cream is Clotrimazol.  During the day I go school or go work and I’m only 16. I can’t sleep at night I even thought if I put ice pack it was numb the pain but it doesn’t
I’ve  also been getting pains during the day now too well since today I have
Any discharge? You are really young.  Have you talked to your mom about this? See if she can take you back to the doctor.  What about ibuprofen by the way?  It's an all purpose pain reliever.  OTC, not dangerous.
