Vaginal & Anal itching

I am a 42 year old woman, possibly with onset of early menopause (when last I saw my Gyno he mentioned this would probably happen, I'm assuming this is why my periods inconsistant or I don't get them).  I have been experiencing MAJOR itching of my labia and around my anus.  The itching is so severe at times, I scratch in my sleep till I bleed.  It feels as though there is something crawling on me.  There are no crabs, lice, sores, discharge or bumps of any kind except for the abnormally large hemmoroid that exists on my perenium and one lone wart that I've had for over 20 years now.  I'm completely at a loss and cannot afford to see a Dr. unless absolutely necessary.

it may be from your hormones changing so much from the early menopause. have you tried applying hydrocortizone creams to the areas to see if it helps any?
