Vaginal problem

For the past year I have been battling a seriously annoying vaginal discharge and it won't go away. It is thick and white (not clumpy) sometimes more off-white and it has a foul smell and sour taste. It makes sex with my husband very painful and frustrating.
My gynocologist has no idea what it is. They have told me it was a yeast infection, then BV, then HPV and now group B strep. I have tried many different medications and I am at my witts end! I have never had an STD and I have been with the same partner for years. If anyone else has experience with something like this or even some advice or something similar I would really appreciate some help! Thank you!

Have you ever been put on flagyl. its an antibotic that helps BV. also for the mecidine to work properly you should take the full doasge and not drink alcohol also refrain from sex the entire 7 days of treatment. also schedule an appointment and throw some names out there like skenes duct cyst, bratholins cysts. they can cause an ugly odor and itching. hope this helps (jfyi-im not a doctor or nurse) but do know some things
