I was also thinking you might have a UTI, the urethra comes out about where you mentioned, and it can burn and hurt with a urinary tract infection.

The clitoris is there, and it can sometimes (but not always) feel like a pencil eraser in size and shape (the kind of eraser that is on the end of a pencil).  But it would be odd for it to hurt.  Does the whole lump hurt or is it possible that you just have inflamed skin there, such as possibly a rash or a cyst?

Are you sure you've got your terminology right? Your cervix is way up inside of you. It's hard even for a doctor to see it. If you could let us know exactly where this lump is there's a good chance we can help you.
