Vulval lesions/cuts

Hi, I'm 21 years old and I've had two partners in my lifetime. Since my fiance and I have been together (3 years now) I have been on the contraceptive Nuva-ring. I've never had any problems with it and I absolutely love it. But I'd say for the last year, maybe more, I've been having a problem off and on. I've been going to my gynocologyst annually since I was 16. I've been tested for all STD's and everything else.

The problem is that I get these little cuts on my labia that really resemble paper cuts. They're very very tiny but occasionally when I wipe after using the bathroom there will be a little spot or two of blood. They're painful, especially during sex. I'm very cleanly so I don't know what the problem is. When I first noticed them I went to my gynocologyst and she swabbed one of the cuts and tested it, she also did a pap to see if I had a yeast infection or any other kind of infect. The tests were negative. I've never had an infection any time I've seen her. She swears that there's nothing wrong as far as she can tell. But the cuts are there and I don't know what to do about them. I usually don't have them during my period but I did have them during it once. I mostly don't have them but for the past year I've been getting them off and on for about a week or two at a time. They seem to just go away on their own or maybe it's something I'm doing, I can't really tell. Because when I have them I try to use them. Also, my normal vaginal discharge isn't the same as it used to be. It still smells the same, I've never had any bad odor, but the discharge is very very thin and watery, whereas it used to be thicker and more...mucousy I guess.

I don't know if my vagina is dry or I have extremely sensitive skin (I sometimes get them after wiping with cheap toilet paper and then they don't go away for a long time, I sometimes get them on my anus but only about two or three times I'd say) or maybe my pH is thrown off or it's the Nuva-ring. I have no idea and I have no idea what to do. Are there some kind of cleansing wipes I could use to sooth them and possibly get rid of them? Should I use some kind of moisturizing cream or something like that? I already have very delicate skin and I'm thinking that coupled with dryness might be what's causing the problem. I've never had this problem until about a year or two ago. And like I said my gyno swears I'm perfectly healthy "down there". No one will believe me except for my fiance because he sees them and sees me in pain and obviously this has put a damper on our sex life because he doesn't want to cause me any pain so we don't have sex very often anymore. I just don't know what to do. If anyone knows anything about this or has had the same problem and has a remedy for it, please let me know.

I have had the same problem for the past year and a half or so. About two weeks before my period I have heavy white (not smelly) discharge and it usually leads to the little cuts we are all talking about. I started using light tampons and the cuts have decreased. I dont know if that is bad or not, but I don't have the frequent problem of feeling my skin tear when my boyfriend goes inside me or that burn when i wipe after urinating. I did once see my gyno for this and he simply gave me creams..it was just messy, didn't help at all. I think its a PH thing, acidity...what helps acidity? Green tea? More water? Less sugar? Who knows?
