Vulvodynia, yeast infection, or something else??? plz i'm beggin you to help me

i am almost 17 and for multiple months i have been having vaginal problems. i feel like i have to constantly urinate and when i go its just a few drops. my vagina hurts and burns sometimes even itches all the time even when i'm not having trouble urinating. i also have been gettin dry skin around the area really badly. there is just skin falling off. the other day i noticed a cut on my vagina around the lips. and now just below the vaginal opening it is very sore and appears to be raw. my vagina is red and sometimes swollen. its burns a lot when i urinate and even through out the day. i'll get better for a while but then it will start again. and i have been to the doctor and hospital multiple times. i have been on medication for yeast infections 3 times with 2 different kinds. nothing gives me relief. i'm wondering if its just a reoccurring yeast infection, vulvodynia or something else. please help me i am desperate!

hi sweetie, thrush is a type of yeast infection, i suffer from it a bit, i get it if i have 2 much intercourse, use smellys in bath, where tight jeans or pants or stressed out, also certain antibiotics can set it off, also if u have a partner and u have thrush there is a chance he has it and when u get ur's cleared up he's re infecting u when havin sex, ur doctor should be able 2 give u a combo treatment, either a cream and a wee tablet that goes down below or cream and a tablet to swollow, its important that ur partner use's the cream 2, but i would def get a swab just to b sure, if it is thrush its nothing to worry bout sweetie alot of people get it, hope this helps xxx
