What could be causing light pressure in chest?

I usually feel it in my left breast area then occassionally it radiates to the middle of the chest.  It comes and goes.  The pressure doesn't hurt.  On top of that, I get mild pain in upper abdominal area underneath rib cage.  I do drink an energy drink a day and on occassion those little energy shots.  For past few years, I've been a moderate beer drinker.  I can't afford to go to doc as I have no health insurance.  I'm in my 30's.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? Chest discomfort may be attributed to a variety of issues such as musculoskeletal issues, gastrointestinal conditions, pulmonary or cardiac conditions. If there is history of epigastric pain also, acid peptic diseases may be considered. Try to avoid alcoholic drinks, caffeine, skipping meals and spicy food, Antacid may also help provide relief. However, it is  important that cardiac issues be ruled out also especially if there is family history of heart conditions. Additional diagnostic tests such as ECG and blood tests may be requested. Take care and do keep us posted.
