I'm 17 this been happening to me since i was 15-16. If I'm sitting I'm fine but when i stand i get that tingling in my head. Once that happen my hand goes to my head. Everything goes dark slowly. I can't hear anything besides ringing. It feels like a 100 books is on top of my head. My vision comes back and i find myself on the floor confused. My heart is pounding out of my chest. Sometimes when it happen i dont fall. My mom said one time i was just standing there my eyes were open but i wasnt alert. What could this be?

Perhaps you are having a bout of hypoclycemia or low blood sugar which can feel like that. Orthostatic hypotension is another possibility which feels like fainting when you stand up and things shift.  Since your mom is aware, it would make sense that you go see your doctor to discuss.
