You need to ensure that your girlfriend is well lubricated, either with her own natural lubricant which a woman produces when sexually excited, or buy a lubricant specifically made for sexual pleasure or use KY Jelly which is a water based lubricant.  You can purchase these on line, from the pharmacy or from most supermarkets.

Your girlfriend may not have been lubricated enough when you fingered her; you may have been too rough for her; ensure your finger nails are not too long so as not to scratch; she may now have a urinary tract infection which is causing the soreness and spot of blood.

Her head and eyes hurting will have nothing to do with you fingering her.  But may be due to a head cold or a sinus infection or cold coming on.

If her period does not come and she continues to feel discomfort when she urinates, tell her to make an appointment to see her doctor to get her urine checked for a urinary tract infection or a bladder infection called Cystitis.

Always wash your hands and make sure they are clean before touching your girlfriend's genitals.  Germs can be very easily transmitted into the urethra (the urine tube) during love play and sexual intercourse.

Tell your girlfriend also to make sure she wipes her bottom from front to back so as not to spread any bacteria to the vaginal area.

Tell her not to use any soap, bath or shower gels to wash herself down below.  Use plain water.   She can apply natural set yogurt to the outside of the vagina if there is any soreness or itching there, but not to the inside.

To ease the discomfort when peeing, she can drink a large glass of water with a teaspoonful of Bicarbonate of water.  She can do this 3 times with an hour in between each dose.  No more.  You can buy Bicarbonate of Soda from the pharmacy or from the supermarket in the baking section.  Make sure that you do get Bicarbonate of Soda.  This solution neutralises the acid urine that causes the discomfort when having a pee.

Get her to make an appointment to see her doctor to get her urine examined.  When doing a pee sample, the morning mid stream urine sample is the one that is best if you can.
