My mom is really strict I know where your coming from,  you should just go in on your own,  I'd do the same if my grandma wasn't the nurse at my clinic... I just do things on my own like get the after pill or ask my older friends about things I can't ask my mom about

Is there any way someone else can take you?  Most states allow anyone age 12 or over to have appointments on their own without parental knowledge.  Because no, it's not normal to have your period then bleed again a few days later.  The use of "orange" to describe the color also has me wondering what's going on because period blood is not normally orange.

The nature behind the unexpected bleeding has nothing to do with your sexual activity, but it could indicate other issues such as hormonal imbalance (thyroid, etc.), or other things.  You really do need to get it checked out, especially since it has gotten worse.

Ask your mom to take you to the doctor.  Just tell her you're bleeding again, and it doesn't make sense to you why you would be.  There's no reason she should have to know you're sexually active.  If you don't feel comfortable having her take you, can your boyfriend or another person drive you?
