What is PMS?

I hear about it but what is it exactly?
Symptoms?
How do you know you have it?
Can u basically tell me everything about it?

As said, it's premenstrual syndrome. Upwards of 80% of women experience this and there's a huge range with what each female gets. I personally don't get anything. Some things women experience are bloating, weight gain, mood swings, appetite changes, cramping, fatigue, sore breasts, etc. It generally occurs 10-14 days before a female's period will start and will usually last up till it starts.

PMS starts two week before your menstruation start.Your mood swings,you cry or you irritable.I hope, you are fine, you feel good.

All it is. is when ur period is about 2 start u have diff thing 2 happen like cramps, mood swings, fatigue, your bloated but most people dnt pms its calld pre-mentral sydrome look over spelling but thts all it is
