What is it!!!!

this is the first time i have posted a question, but i am so frustrated i am hoping that someone can help me figure out what is wrong with me!  for the past 2 years i have been fighting extreme exhaustion, so much so that i am having trouble working, i sleep at least 14-16 hours a day (on weekends, during the week i manage to get about 9 because i have to get to work) and struggle to get out of bed, my body is very fatigued. along with this i am now having other symptoms, migraine type headaches every day, nausea every morning, blurred vision at night, dizziness and unexplained stomach pain. i have been tested for mono, lupus, quering fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, i have had MRI's of the head but nothing showed up.  the md's can't figure it out and i am at the end of my rope. i have been on various meds but nothing seems to help, does anyone have any ideas? suggestions?

Chronic fatigue syndrome maybe? Some of your symptoms other than the fatigue are characteristic of CFS but others are not. Might be CFS as well as something else. Hmmm...that's all I can think of. Hope you find some answers soon!

Have you tried testing for anaemia?

There are different types of the condition but if your body is low on iron it makes you feel very tired.

Might not at all close to what you might have but it sounds familiar to anaemia.

Good luck in finding out what it is! I get tired a lot too and its annoying when you want to do something but cant because you feel so exhausted!
