The best thing to do is ask the doctor that ordered the urinalysis. The presence of calcium oxalate happens in healthy, normal individuals. So, just learning that you have it present does not mean much. If it is a problem level, your doctor should tell you. Stones forming are the concern if you have too much and simple things like drinking plenty of water helps.
You had your BUN done which gives an idea of how your kidneys and liver are working. Your bun appears to be high as 20 is usually the upper limit. It isn't so high that you can't do anything about it but you do want to talk to your doctor! But a BUN must be done with having your creatinine level also to really tell you a full story. Again, you do need to talk to your doctor about this.
So, can you see blood in your urine as pink or red specks or is your urine brown? You also need to follow up on this.
Anyway, I'd follow up with your results as I think they do need to be addressed. Perhaps you have a kidney infection, kidney stones, or kidney dysfunction but only a doctor can diagnose these things and fine out what the whole picture is at this moment of your kidneys. Let us know what happens!
