What is this very small and soft lump on vagina lip?!

So I've just realised this super small  lump on my vagina lip. It's soft, and really, it looks like fat. It doesn't hurt at all, but it worries me so much! It annoys me and hurts a bit when I walk, because the lump is poking out of my vagina and scratching into my underwear. I don't shave. I'm 13. I've never had sex (nothing surprising). Really, it doesn't do anything at all. It's just.. there. Hanging.

Hi Mimi,

I am not a health specialist. Just a 49 y/o woman with lots of life experience:) You sound like me:)  Any lump, bump, anything at all & I am searching for information on the internet. The best thing to do is schedule an appointment to see a doctor or a good nurse practitioner. Only then will you know what is going on. It could be a sebaceous cyst (kind of like a zit that is benign ~NOT cancer at all. I've had zits "down there" a few times.  Talk to your mom and see a doctor.  Please let me know what you find out.

Just read this thing about cancer? A tumor? This is just worrying me like... oh my god, I don't know... It's freaking me out! But then I read other stories... But they say that their lumps are hard and that they hurt? I can't pop it... Since like I said, it's like fat. Oh, I know how to explain it! Like sagging skin. Oh yes.

I'm sorry, if you think I'm overreacting. I'm just so worried. I actually cried today when I looked up that there's such thing as Vaginal Cancer. Cried my eyes out. I didn't tell my mother yet. I guess I should if it's serious.
