What is wrong? Could it be thrush? BV?

I have been experiencing thrush like symptoms for a long time now.  My doctor suggested it could be my pill but after continuously changingg to different pills and using thrush treatments I'm not even sure the symptoms go away.  I have a dish charge with a mild onion like odour and it's sometimes itchy.  I also get lacerations in my perineum area and it's stings to urinate after sex please help
