What is wrong with me?

How it all started:
I ate hot Cheetos, crab Rangoon and bottled Iced Tea and then I felt super light headed and nauseous (bad combination, I know). Since then, I am 24/7 nauseous, I haven't been able to eat anything with seasoning. I've been eating bread, peanut butter, bananas and grilled chicken. When I poop, which is very rare, I'm currently 7 days constipated, I poop yellow. I had an ultrasound and they said I had a fatty liver, but don't know why I can't eat anything and can't use the bathroom. Normally I go to the bathroom less than 3 times a week. I have severe cramping sometimes, and my doctor gave me a strong dose of a stool softener to take everyday but it makes me extremely light headed. The first day it worked, but I have not been able to poop since Wednesday night and it is now Tuesday midday.
As well - I now acquired a urine infection and my kidney's are beginning to hurt.
I've been to about 6 doctors - some say its gastritis's and some say it's GERDS. I am on multiple medication that don't seem to be helping. At this point, I am beyond overwhelmed. Any advice or help?

It sounds like you have some fairly complicated gastrointestinal issues going on, that are likely far too intricate for this, or any online forum, to be of much help.  I don't even know what to suggest as far as what's causing your constipation issues.

If you are developing a kidney infection, however, PLEASE get to the emergency room ASAP.  They can escalate very quickly and cause you to be gravely ill if not treated by antibiotics.  Even if you're on oral antibiotics, if it's getting worse, you need to get to the hospital and get IV antibiotics.

I'm sorry for your pain, and I hope you get this sorted out.
