Why am I experiencing vaginal bleeding during and after intercourse

Hello, I'm a 20 year old female and I just lost my virginity to my boyfriend. I didn't bleed the first time probably because I have been fingered before for 3 years in which I did experience some bleeding.
But now that we've finally done it, it's been a little painful but I think it's because I'm new to it plus he's a little big so my body probably has to adjust. Or maybe it's a little too rough since we've waited so long.
After the second time we had sex, I started noticing white skin like stuff coming from the inside in which I assumed was an infection or maybe the PH level was too high or something in which made it start "peeling".
Well I started using this anti-fungal cream that you insert on the inside and after 3 consistent days everything was gone and good down there.
So today we had sex again and it was rougher than usual but I noticed after we finished that there was blood on him. It wasn't a lot like dripping but it was on his fingers mostly and some on his penis. I immediately went to the bathroom to check and I thought it was a cut on the outside maybe from him fingering me to hard. So I put some toilet paper and went about my day. When I checked 3 hours later the paper had nothing. So I thought it was over.
But by the time I got ready for bed I noticed that I had some regular discharge with some blood even though I had stopped bleeding before. I checked my underwear and there was little red discharge(not blood). I put my fingers inside to see if I was bleeding from the inside and there was very minimal blood. I'm supposed to be getting my period in 5 days. Please explain what could be happening here? Cancer, pregnancy, STI, STD or infection?
Thank you
