Women do have a regular fluid that comes out of their vagina, it is part of how the vagina keeps itself clean.  I think it's about a half teaspoon a day, especially noticeable in the second half of their menstrual month, often the woman sees it dried in her underwear.  It's milky and thin for most of her cycle, though at mid-cycle when she is getting ready to ovulate, it changes to being clear enough to read a newspaper through and thick and stretchy (like raw eggwhite) -- that is the famous "eggwhite cervical mucus" that prepares the uterus to receive sperm and rush it up to the waiting egg.  Neither thing is worthy of alarm, it just means your self-cleaning vagina is keeping itself clean and ready for its future job.
