Will be my data and account be saved if I unistall the app?

Hi! I'm a teenager using this app for the first time as I got my period a few months ago. Recently I been running out of storage on my tablet and I'm thinking of moving M Cycles App to my phone. I have account on My Cycles and want to keep the logs I've done. Is it possible to download the app on my phone and still be able to have my data/logs on my phone? Have you guys done it before?

P.S. I know this isn't a health question but I didn’t know where else to post it. :-)

Hi there!  We are really glad you like and are using the My Cycles app!  Is it in your cloud?  When you download it off of your cloud, you have the option to 'get started' (create a new account) OR it says "have an account?".  When you click on "have an account", a log in will appear.  You will need your user name or email and then your password.  If you've forgotten your password, you can click on that and you will receive an email at the account associated with the app (the one you signed up with).  Your information should be retained.  It walks you through the different steps of setting up a profile that you already completed on your tablet and you'll just be verifying the info.  Hope this helps, let us know if you have any further questions!
