Hi there

So you are very careful as in you use contraception every time??

If you have children then you will know what it feels like to be three months pregnant . Have you gained weight during that time at all ?

Tests can be expensive but it just seems really strange.

I had heavy periods and   I mean like someone left the tap on!!

I only have a light 2 day period now but there is a reason for that. I had hydrpthermal ablation four years ago.

You will have to see your doctor anyway as it is a change from your usual period. He could test for pregnancy while you are there.

Have you been doing intense exercising that you wouldn't normally have done in the past three months?

This is very strange.

I got this from a webpage and it does advise your reason as one on the list.

Here you go:

Question: When Should I See a Doctor for Period Problems?

Answer: While it's normal to experience some discomfort before your periods, certain signs should be a warning for you to seek medical advice. Consult your health care provider if you experience any of the following during your menstrual cycle:
•Symptoms of premenstrual syndrome or PMS, or the more severe form called premenstrual dysphoric disorder

•Pain during your period that is severe, or cramps that do not stop within a day or two after your period begins

•Heavy menstrual bleeding

•Menstrual cycles that are more than a few days longer or shorter than normal

•Failure to have your first period by age sixteen

•Anytime you experience absence of menstruation

•Symptoms of Toxic Shock Syndrome

I can't think of any other reasons why this would happen!!
Wish it had happened to me though .

xx
