I did happen to buy some AZO last night i had been reading about it. I did not know that the acidophlis was to stay in the fridge so i will probabbly have to buy more. Has anyone ever done monistat while on thier menstral? I bough some of that too. I even have trezol that i was going to do after my menstral. Thanks again everyone for your reply's. This is such a nightmare.

What I would try is an OTC product called AZO-Yeast.  You might also add cranberry pills.

Hope you feel better soon.

Where are you getting the acidophilus? Is it of high quality? Don't buy it from a drug store as drug stores usually carry only low quality acidophilus. Go to the health food store and buy it. If it must be kept in the fridge, this is a good sign the acidophilus is of high quality.  The bacteria needs to be live when you take it. Also, you may benefit frmo a low yeast diet, which I have been on for about 6 weeks now. No sugar, no bread, no coffee etc. Maybe you have an overall candida infection and you need to get your body back in order. This is what I'm dealing with now myself. It is difficult but remember it does take time. Here is a link to this very easy to follow diet I am on (or diet restrictions I am following rather):
