Yeast infection and abnormal labs. My life is over and very anxious

Recently I got bloodwork done through lab corp for PCOS, Thyroid, and diabetes. I received a letter in the mail saying my labs were abnormal and to call the gyn. I called and was told I had a combination of yeast! I had the swabs done the beginning of last month. Why are they just saying me I have yeast but told me I had a case of BV as soon as the swabs were collected in the office? Wouldn't it be sensible to say to me that I had yeast and BV right then and there?

My other labs will be discussed at my ultrasound. Is it possible that the labs show something deadly? I have a terrible paranoia of HIV. Although, I do not believe I am infected and been tested a plethora of times and most recently through a life insurance company, I still have this what if playing in my head. Is it possible they test for STDs and not just PCOS, Diabetes, and thyroid? I will not know until Monday
