I tried to find your story's background on the other forum but couldn't find it. Are you pregnant or are you not? If you are, and cannot get any answers from your doctor, call Labor & Delivery. They should at least be able to tell you if the anti-nausea medicine you are taking is safe during pregnancy (that is, if you are pregnant).
yes i am pregnant only a few weeks
There is a description often seen about pregnancy that there is a metallic taste in the mouth. This might be why your doc isn't so worried, it is a common description for how a pregnant woman feels. The vomiting is also normal because of morning sickness. I don't know why you would be vomiting blood unless you have either scraped your throat by being so sick, or else there is something more going on. What does your doctor say about that? The rest of the symptoms sound like morning sickness, which is normal in pregnancy. If you think it is more than morning sickness, or so severe that you need to worry about dehydration, then I would insist your doctor see you.
