abdomen and pelvic area

I am 63 years old and have been having pelvic and lower abd burning.  I just had a pap smear that was normal.  She found a polyp on my cervix and a inflammation.  Will watch these two areas .  I have no pain at night. Will be have ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound in a few weeks.  This burning sensation is associated with heartburn and pain on upper right side of abdomen.  Can anyone tell me if they have any kind of problem like this.  I have had gerd for several years.  Thank you

thanks for the comment.  It seems that gallbladder problems can involve the entire abdomen at times.   Will be going for ultrasound to see if this is problem.

Is it possible the upper right abdomen pain could be ur gallbladder? I had trouble with mine and assumed for yrs it was just indigestion and i had to live with it. When it finally got to where i felt i was having a heartattack i gave in and went to dr.
