Well you certainly have all the symptoms of pregnancy.
With my first pregnancy my body reacted very badly. I had migraines and severe vomiting. Doctor came to the house and examined my tummy and said that I had gastric flu.
I was not able to keep anything down, not even water and after a week had to see the emergency doctor at the surgery. There he did an internal and said that I was pregnant and gave me an injection to stop the vomiting.
I wasn't even late so didn't even take any urine, blood or pregnancy tests.
Movement in the tummy can be from wind or you may be very sensitive to changes going on.
Hope you get on OK.
Best wishes.
Hm, When did you miss your period? How far along do you think you'd be? I only ask because many of those symptoms you mention do not start right away with pregnancy. Typically nausea starts, for example, at week 6 or 7 for most women. Feeling the baby move also is not common super early. I felt my first child move at 19 weeks and my second at 17.
So, how many cycles have you missed a period on?
I think the only way you'll know is if you go to the doctor although, I say that you'd have a positive test even with low hcg levels. I got a positive test result FOUR days BEFORE my period was due. It took that little hcg to create a positive on an early response home pregnancy test.
lots of luck dear!
You didn't say how long you'd been having these symptoms, but since you have a history of low hcg until 12 wks, pregnancy is possible. How long have you been pursuing an answer with your Dr?
You could ask for a transvaginal ultrasound, which would be able to detect a fetus in the uterus, even if the tests are showing negative. Given your past history, I would assume pregnancy for now and behave as if you're pregnant until you're really sure (take a prenatal vitamin, no smoking or drinking, etc.).
You should probably talk to your doctor in case the symptoms aren't pregnancy, so that you can figure it out/get treated.
