any advice 2 years after hysterectomy

Years ago I started having a constant ache lower left pelvis which came with bloating, swollen abdomen, pressure under lungs and in pelvis, ache in lower left back and thighs and a need to urinate more frequently.  Ultrasound showed complex cyst on left ovary and ca125 test elevated and kept getting higher every time they did it.  2 1/2 years ago had laproscopic surgery to remove cyst and they found stage IV endo, drained the cyst and cleaned out endo.  3 months later cyst and symptoms were back.  2 years ago had uterus removed and endo cleaned out again and all was fine for a few months but then slowly symptoms came back.  Last week I had cramping and gushes of clear vaginal discharge, no odor, which has now stopped.  I now look 5 months pregnant and the pressure under my lungs is almost unbearable.  Had ultrasound and going for another ca125 test and back to see doctor next week.  Anyone have any ideas what is causing this or how to get relief?

Well I go back to see my family doctor next week and getting my pap test done.  Should have results back from ultrasound by then and hopefully the blood work too.  My last appointment she told me that it was probably endo causing the symptoms and that there isn't really much they can do about it unless the ultrasound showed a large area of endo that they could go in and remove laproscopically.  I just hope that it doesn't mean I have to live with this forever.  The pain has been so bad in my thighs and under ribs today that I could barely stand up at work.  Just some relief from the discomfort would be great.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For your symptoms any ovarian malignancy should be ruled out. For ruling our ovarian cancer, you should get a PAP smear, CA125, ultrasound and biopsy done (biopsy is the removal of tissue or fluid to look for cancer cells). Symptoms of ovarian cancer include pain and pressure in the pelvis, swollen or bloated abdomen, nausea and indigestion, fatigue and irregular bleeding. However your age is defying it as ovarian cancer is found at age of 55.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
