Hi sweetie, I'll be 50 in Janurary so I haven't had a "monthly" in a long time but I do remember doing the same thing & I have a 27 yr old daughter who has very heavy periods and  clotting when she's not taking her Depikote shot. (I know I didn't spell that right) but it's for birth control since she's not married yet but in a relationship. To answer your ? I don't think there's anything "wrong" with you but you really should be seeing an Gynocologist at your age. And don't be afraid to be honest about any personal history that your doctor might want to know. I find it a lot easier to go to a female gyno! Not that male doctors are not professional, I just feel more at ease! All the best to you!

Hi, I have over the last couple of years had this also, believe it or not, very little blood, only (and always) large clots.  I have been to several doctors, and they are not concerned about it at all.  But I was really scared too.  Just see a doctor to be on the safe side, but don't stress out.

Thinking about it but I have been so busy lately. That after the time is up I just go about business as normal.

When I used to get my periods, that would happen to me on occasion.  Why don't you call your gynecologist or family doctor and ask them what to do?
