breast pain

good day, second day after i finished my menstruation, i am feeling pain in a breast, not the two, and is 3days ago now. i was wondering of what may cause it, pls i need ur help

If you're not already doing regular breast self exams, start. Still, it's very likely this is just hormone changes that come with a woman's ovulation cycle. Breasts can feel tender at different points in our cycle, and it is typically nothing to worry about.

that happen to me all the time. the doctors  said it's because of my period. I went to 4 hospitals and 5 hey all said it's because of your period if u feel a lump then yes you should go to the hospital  and always once in a while check you never know

It's just post period symptoms dont worry
