Only 1/2 tampon came out?

So yesterday before i went to my friends house i put in a small tampax pearl tampon in and it felt like it went kind of far. I didn't take any with me to her house and she didn't have any and we went to work and i forgot about it over night and today so it had been in my vagina for like 27 hours (won't ever happen again!) but i just realized and went to take it out and only half came out! I pulled the string and the string and the half connected to the string came out but the other half didn't! I'm 14 and i can't feel it ive reached as far as i can but I'm scared and should I go to the hospital??

Glad you got it all out. If it were to not come out completely you would have to see a doctor to have it removed. Leaving it could cause a serious infection.
Take care!

Go to the ER or Emergent care and have them get the other half out.

Oh my gosh i feel so stupid. It was the first time i used that kind of tampon and they're so much shorter than the ones ive used previously but it looks long, so I did get the whole tampon out, it just looked like half the length of the previous ones ive used!!!!
