can i be preg with a neg blood test

me and my husband started having sex 2  weeks after our daughter was born she is 2 months old and no period yet to top it off i am having alot of early preg symptoms such as breast tenderness nausea moodiness frequent urination. i had a blood test done on the 27 of march and it came back negative so i guess my ? is is it possible for me to be pregnant and get a neagtive blood test?

no im not breast feeding at all thanx for the answer i feel a little less worried now

Blood tests are very accurate. It can take months for a period to return after giving birth. Are you breast feeding your daughter? If so, then that can really delay a period coming back. If the blood tests said you're not pregnant then you're not. PMS symptoms are just the same as pregnancy symptoms so it's possible you're just PMSing.
