Is there something wrong , and am I doing things wrong with my vag?

So like I'm thirteen and I don't know the parts but on the inside ,it's white and has sum scars and just looks messed up. I've been wiping back to front for the longest and I see pictures and they look healthy for them but not for me. Also on the top part where the flabs meet , it looks ripped . I don't know what to do and get really worried whenever I see it.i think I've just been wiping on the inside and ripping it but idk.

Hi, honey, I hope you mean you have been wiping front to back. Always from the vagina (which is clean) towards the anus (which is bacterial). Never the other way around.

As far as the appearance, it's likely to be normal and just look unusual to you, unless you have had some trauma earlier in that area. Your ob/gyn doctor (gynecologist) will be able to reassure you when you have your first gyn exam. Given that you are worried, you might ask your mom to set you up with a gyn when you are 15. It's a tiny bit early, I think my first pelvic exam was when I was 16, but won't hurt anything, and might relieve your mind a lot.
