could I be pregnant?

ok i was 6 days late on my period and when i did start it was normal for 2 days. Then i was spotting for another 2 days. I have done that before. I went to the doctor yesterday and the pregnancy test came up negative. I feel like im pregnant my breast hurt, im tired I have thrown up a couple of times. Yesterday me and my husband when out and in the middle of the store i had to stand there and hold my stomach it was cramping so bad. I have a little abdominal pain but not that bad it does hurt worse on my left side. I have had an ectopic pregnancy before. When I didi have one I had a period or so I thought but i don't remember when the pregnancy test came up positive. So could it be possible i could be having another ectopic pregnancy, I just took a pregnancy test I think it was negative I thought I saw a very very very faint line but it was probbly my eyes playing tricks on me

There's a chance you may have had an incomplete miscarriage.

Because you were late there is the chance that you were pregnant and naturally miscarried but didn't expel everything.  This would explain the cramping etc.  Urine tests would show a negative result because you won't have enough HcG in your urine to be picked up.  Even with an ectopic pregnancy you will likely get a positive result.

By all means go to the doctor and explain your symptoms.  If you tell him everything, you can ask for an ultrasound to confirm that everything is okay or you need a D & C.
