cyst on ovaries????

at the beginning of august i had severe pain in my stomach which come on suddenly n lasted around n hour i couldnt sit stand or anything just wanted to curl in a ball n not move..my stomach was still a lil sore for the next day or so.
i went to my doctor n told him he just said it was probably a colon spasm..but at the end of august i had rectum pressure and a pulsing burning feeling in my left side i think where my ovary is..i went to the hospital where they done urine n blood tests n said all was normal except my white blood count was slightly elevated but could be bcos i was really stressed.
a few days later i go back to my doctor and tell him about my symptoms he felt my stomach and said he couldnt feel anything but ordered n ultrasound which i am to have on the 11th of this month at the same time i had my mirena iud removed..it has been arund a month and altho the rectum pressure is gone i have had the burning sensation on n off with dull aches which has also started on my right ovary area as well this has been happening for a week..for 2 days this radiated to my lower leftside of my back and some hip pain this has since gone but still when i sit or bend over i get the dull ache n sometimes the burning sensation....when i am laying down on my back i feel nothing except if i push next to my left hip in my stomach it is a lil tender
sorry for the long story..lol..just want to know if anyone else has had similar symptoms to this...do u think it could be a cyst on my ovary(s).?..i do know the mirena iud can cause cysts sometimes...this all only started after having mirena inserted
