What were the results?  If the  cultures were positive,  you should have your blood sugar level checked to rule out diabetes.  Also,  there are 'yeast' diets that may help you find what food may be triggering it.   I didn't read through this source entirely, but some of the info in it may help.

Perhaps you don't have yeast at all.  Have the docs ever sent a sample to be cultured?  If not, they should have before trying all of those yeast meds.   Find a doc that deals with   vulvo/vaginal, pelvic pain.  It's quite possible you don't have yeast at all and may have pelvic floor muscle dysfunction.  Basically really tight wound up muscles can lead to chronic pain and nerve issues.   Check out symptoms for vulvodynia.  It's a place to start.

Have you been laying off of the sugar? Yeast thrives on sugar. So if you can lay off the sweets drink plenty of water and make sure your not vitamin B def!
By the way DONT be scared and DONT give up just pray about it and be glad things arent alot worse! Take care, and good luck.
