I have recieved a dark brown discharge after a week of taking contraceptive pill and before 10 days of my periods is this periods or something else . am i pregnant or it is normal

Hi there. Brown discharge is old blood. Spotting can be pretty normal and may be a reaction to your birth control pills. I sincerely doubt you are pregnant if you have been taking your pills correctly, but in life, you also have strange things happen--- so, go ahead and take a pregnancy test. but am guessing that you are not pregnant and this is just normal spotting. good luck
