Ar this point a vaginal ultrasound would definitely confirm either way. The concerns I would have would be a possible cyst or hormonal disorder. I do believe that everything points toward pregnancy so I would definitely schedule with the OBGYN for confirmation. Any other details to add or anything you need just let me know. In the chance that you don't have a gynecologist you can go into any hospital and they will be able to have their hospital OBGYN consult with you.

Home tests are not always accurate. My advice is to go to your doctor's for a blood test and possibly an ultra-sound. I can't say for sure if you are or not pregnant (though I'm leaning towards thinking you are - just my personal opinion but not professional!!), but if you are you need to find out and start getting the right care for the baby; and if not, you and your doctor can try to figure out why your period hasn't shown up.

Best of luck!
